Welcome back - and for the very first time - NRC graduate students! I hope the holiday break was a grand time for you and yours. A couple of notifications:
1. Our first Graduate Program meeting will continue to take place on the first Monday of each month, which means the next convening will happen on Monday, Feb. 1.
2. When you meet them, please extend a warm welcome to the new grad students who are just starting out this semester and point them in the direction of the blog so that they can wrap themselves in the warm, fuzzy feeling that is a virtual community . . . fine, shake their hand, too.
3. Amy Koske's improv comedy group, BOOT, will be performing next Friday evening at 7pm in Northampton. It's on the calendar. I suggest that any interested parties band together for some pre- and post-improv drinking and good-timing. Let me know if you'd like to join me for some haha.
